Deliveries and Minimum Order Quantities
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed, plus 2-4 days for delivery, depending on location. Deliveries from R99.
Orders of R1500 or more to major cities and towns qualify for free delivery.
Orders to outlying or rural areas may attract additional delivery fees.
Orders less than R1500 will be charged delivery fees.
The minimum order value for export is R3000.
Collection from Umhlanga premises is available on appointment only
Please note all orders must be paid for by EFT and Proof of Payment sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before order will be dispatched.
Goods returned policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and need to be notified immediately on receipt of the goods. Failure to do so could result in a non refund.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing components is not eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as any required customs and duties fees.
Please note that the relevant invoice number must accompany any claim for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
